I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.

To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. Thus, a good leader is one who will listen to their followers and will effectively compromise with them in order to ensure a clear vision for her or his organization, country,...
